T20 Cricket Format is the most unpredictable format in comparison to other formats like ODI and Test. As in T20, a single player can dominate against whole bowling squads and Indian selectors are ready to play this bet with new bowlers with series against South Africa.
From 15th September 2019, the first t20 of South Africa tour to India 2019 will be beginning and Indian cricket team is all set to give chance to newcomers with ball and bat.
India have rested Jasprit Bumrah, giving newcomers more opportunities. Bumrah doesn’t exactly need bowling practice to stay in rhythm especially in T20 cricket. He can always walk into the side and do his thing.
Navdeep Saini, Deepak Chahar and Khaleel Ahmed will get the opportunity:
Bhuvneshwar Kumar too is missing the South Africa series which means Navdeep Saini, Deepak Chahar and Khaleel Ahmed get more opportunities to make an impression. They’ve already done that, impressing in the West Indies tour.
Rahul Chahar and Washington Sundar set to be tested with ball !!!
India have given rest to Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav yet again, So this will give chance to Rahul Chahar and Washington Sundar with all-rounders Ravindra Jadeja and Krunal Pandya around too. Chahar had a highly impressive IPL and made his international debut in West Indies. The South Africa tour is an opportunity for him to enhance his reputation, with plenty of competition looming around. India is never short of spinners – apart from Kuldeep and Chahal, there’s also the likes of Shreyas Gopal and Mayank Markande waiting in the wings.
All Rounders are also on a Sweet Spot
Krunal Pandya and Ravindra Jadeja can be trusted for a few cameos, but the ‘stable’ nature of the top order means the onus is on Pant and Pandya to become consistently dynamic.
All-rounders are also set to make big with this T20 Series against South Africa as Krunal and Ravindra Jadeja will be ready to showcase their best performance with bat and ball and fielding to fix their position for upcoming T20 cricket world cup
